Rodriguez Group pays particular attention to relations with its shareholders and the financial community at large. In fact, both their trust and loyalty are essential to the Group’s longterm development. Accordingly, Rodriguez Group developed an active financial communications policy in order to give shareholders regular, clear and transparent information on the development of the company, through:

• a full annual report, available on request in both English and French,

• press releases that are widely distributed and financial new releases that appear frequently,

• frequent information meetings for the benefit of investors, financial analysts and financial journalists,

• a regulated information section, regularly updated, with all information required by the Transparence directive.
