2005/2006 1st Quarter Sales: €66.1 million*

RODRIGUEZ GROUP, realized consolidated sales of € 66.1 million for its 2005-2006 1st quarter ending December 31, 2005, in line with 2004-2005 1st quarter sales of € 66.8 million (down 1.3%).

As with previous years, 1st quarter sales are not significant, given that most of the Group’s new yacht sales are generally recorded during the 2nd half of the fiscal year.

The Group reported the following sales performances for its three businesses:

· New Yachts sales reached € 32.1 million, down 24.4% from the € 42.4 million reported in the 1st quarter of 2004-2005 due to an unfavorable base effect arising from the exceptionally high sales for that period, which in turn were up 40% over its 2003-2004 1st quarter sales.

RODRIGUEZ GROUP confirms its previous 2005-2006 fiscal year New Yachts sales objective of € 320 Million.

· Pre-Owned Yachts sales progressed strongly as expected during this time, up 54% to € 27.4 million from € 17.8 million.

· Yacht Services and Merchandisesaleswere saleswere in line with the same period last year, rising 1% to € 6.7 million from € 6.6 million.

* The above figures are presented for the last time in accordance with French GAAP Regulation 99-02. The Group’s 2005-2006 first semester accounts will be prepared in accordance with IFRS.

Continuing growth in sales order backlog

The Group wishes to point out that, as many yacht models were no longer available for the 2005-2006 fiscal year (as they have already been sold out), the Group’s sales performance is best assessed by taking into account the evolution of its cumulative sales order backlog for the current fiscal year and the next two fiscal years.

At February 10, 2006, which is 4 months into the current 2005-2006 fiscal year, sales order backlog had increased by 15% to € 256 million, amounting to about 80% of New Yachts sales objective for that fiscal year.

Sales order backlog for the 2006-2007 and 2007-2008 fiscal years amounted to € 240 million, up 7% relative to the same time last year..

Cumulative sales order backlog for the current and subsequent two fiscal years amounted to € 496 million, up 11% over the same time last year.
