Extension of the holding period of the Annual Shareholders' Meeting

RODRIGUEZ GROUP informs its shareholders that the period for the holding of the Annual Shareholders' Meeting convened to approve the financial statements related to the financial year ending on September 30, 2009 has been extended pursuant an order of the President of the Commercial Court of Cannes.

The extension of the period was requested by RODRIGUEZ GROUP in order to provide the shareholders with information relating to the safeguard plan which will be examined by the Commercial Court on March 30, 2010.

RODRIGUEZ GROUP will inform its shareholders shortly of the date of the Annual Shareholders' Meeting which will take place no later than July 31, 2010.
