OBSERVATION PERIOD RENEWAL
TO PRESENT THE SAFEGUARD PLAN

The initial observation period opened on April 7, 2009 for a 6-month period was renewed on October 20, 2009, at the request of RODRIGUEZ GROUP, for another 6-month period, i.e. until April 7, 2010.

RODRIGUEZ GROUP’s Safeguard Plan shall be examined during the renewed period.
