• Gérard Rodriguez, a yacht captain, establishes a maritime agent company, which specializes in leisure yacht consulting and sales.
1979
• Launch of a new concept: large-size Open yachts.
• Signing of an exclusive contract with Arno shipyard and creation of the Leopard series.
1986
• Launch of a new series of Open yachts: the Mangusta.
• Signing of an exclusive contract with Overmarine shipyard.
1995
• Set up of SNP Boat Service Inc., the Group’s subsidiary in the USA, marking the acceleration of the Group’s internationalization.
May 1998
• Initial Public Offering on the Second Marché of the Paris Stock Exchange.
2001
• Acquisition of the Camper & Nicholsons Intl. company.
• Rodriguez Group becomes the world leader in luxury yachting.
• Launch of the custom offer.
2002
• Acquisition of the Bob Saxon Associates company.
• Rodriguez Group becomes the world leader in large yacht management.

• Acquisition of the W. Service maintenance shipyard in Savona, Italy.
