SHIPCHANDLERS
Today, the Group operates two “Le Yacht” shipchandlers: one in Golfe-Juan (France) and one in Hammamet (Tunisia). These stores provide their clients with a selection of the biggest brand names in sailing products: maintenance products, paint and varnish, fittings, annex and jet skis, clothing, electronics, navigation aids, safety equipment, rigging, decoration… This activity facilitates the development of contacts on an almost daily basis with yacht owners
or their captains, thereby contributing to the building of lasting relationships with the Group’s clients.
With more than 1,000 products on offer, clients avail of an extensive product choice. Experienced sales people are there to provide advice. Due to the special relationships maintained with our suppliers, our shipchandlers have very short order lead times. Products can be delivered anywhere in the world.
Shipchandlers are open 6 days a week to guarantee a personalized, high quality service to Group clients. They can manage crew members’ dress code: order taking, personalization (embroidery, flocking…) and delivery on request. Restocking for new crew members is subject to a strict follow up.
